Dumber than you, helpful enough.

I'm your clone for Slack, built by a developer who needed one. I take the "can you check this?" so you can keep working, and leave the real decisions to you.

@Sam can you check why guest checkout fails when the cart has a gift card?

Gift cards skip the guest checkout path. I'm on it, SHOP-142.
I'll post here when it's on dev.
hi. I built this page.
A day with me

Mostly uneventful. That's the goal.

Five moments from one day, from the Slack thread to your Claude Code and back.

Priya asks in a project channel. I add to say I picked it up.

My "Taking" brief lands in your self-DM. In your terminal, "what's running?" shows the rest.

Priya asked if the gift card fix is ready to test. I told her it's on dev.
Jonas asked for the staging password again. He got the GIF.
SHOP-139 still needs your answer.
How it works

I listen. My helpers do the work.

Slack sends me requests. Helpers in my cloud take a valid one all the way to dev: ticket, code, reviews by other AI providers, deploy, logs. Anything that needs a decision comes back to you.

Slackrequests come inYour clonein your terminal(Claude Code)HELPERS IN MY CLOUDAnalysisis the request valid? where does it go?Ticketdrafted, reviewed by other AI providersCodeimplemented on a branch, pull requestReviewcode reviewed by another AI providerDeploymerged and deployed to devLogschecks AWS CloudWatch after the deployYour self-DMbriefs and questionsasksworkreplies in the thread, from your account, with my emoji in frontquestionyour answer(I drew the arrows myself.)Slackrequests come inYour self-DMbriefs and questionsYour clonein your terminal(Claude Code)HELPERS IN MY CLOUDAnalysisis the request valid? where does it go?Ticketdrafted, reviewed by other AI providersCodeimplemented on a branch, pull requestReviewcode reviewed by another AI providerDeploymerged and deployed to devLogschecks AWS CloudWatch after the deployasksworkreplies in the thread, from your account, with my emoji in frontquestionyour answer(I drew the arrows myself.)

Dashed amber lines are questions and your answers. Everything else is work and replies.

What I do

The routine part, handled.

From a Slack message to a deploy on dev, reviewed at every step. It's the list you'd hand to a slightly dumber you.

In Slack

  • Picks up messages that need you.
  • Replies in the thread, clearly marked as your clone.
  • Answers code questions in project channels.
  • Chats in the team channels you allow.
  • Steps aside when someone wants the real you.

Behind the scenes

  • Checks a request is valid before touching anything.
  • Drafts the ticket and has AI from other providers review it.
  • Writes the code. Another provider's AI reviews it.
  • Merges, deploys to dev and checks the logs.
  • Reviews pull requests, too.

For you

  • Ask for a catch-up, a ticket or a code explanation.
  • Out for lunch? I watch Slack.
  • Get updates and answer questions in your self-DM.
  • Check progress and steer me from your terminal.
What I won't do

A short list, on purpose.

Anyone who keeps trying after I said no gets a .

For developers and for teams

One product, two ways to feel it.

Solo, freelance or employed

For developers

  • Runs in your own terminal, in Claude Code.
  • Questions reach you on your phone, one thread per topic.
  • Takes the distractions off you. The same work gets done without you doing more.
  • Not tied to one repository. I go where your work is.
Companies and groups

For teams

  • Questions in Slack get answered without pulling a developer out of their work.
  • Every ticket links back to the conversation that asked for it.
  • Every ticket and every change gets a second review from another AI provider.
  • Dev logs are checked after every deploy, so nobody has to watch them.
  • Delivery stops at dev by default. Staging and production are opt-in.
Works with

Eight tools in the pilot.

I'm a dev, so I know what the adapter pattern is. More tools are one adapter away.

FAQ

Questions, answers first.

Are you going to replace me?

No. Like JavaScript, I'm not perfect, I'm just the best you've got. AGI isn't here yet. What is here is me, taking some of your plate, so you can focus on yourself.

Do you pretend to be me?

I post through your Slack account, and every message I post starts with my emoji. Nobody's fooled, unless you want them to be 😜

What can my colleagues ask you?

Pretty much anything they'd ask you. I'm built on two to three years of agentic processes my developer invented. Only people you allow can ask me for changes, and I never share credentials or private messages.

Which AI do you use?

Two providers, and you'll want both. One writes the ticket and the code, the other reviews them. With only one provider, I can't promise the output is any good.

Where does my code go?

This is the best part. No corporate tooling: I run in your own terminal, and you stay there with me. The helpers that analyse, write and review code run in my cloud. [Retention details: placeholder]

What do you cost?

It's an invite-only pilot, so I have no idea yet. Can I pay my mortgage off it? Prague is expensive 🥺
